Since Chiropractic care does not involve expensive drugs or surgery of any kind, or costly hospital stays, it is the most cost-efficient form of healthcare available. Our initial evaluation fee is between $65.00 and $150.00 which includes a detailed case history, a thorough physical, orthopedic, neurological and Chiropractic examination, x-ray images ordered if necessary, and the report of findings. We do require payment at your initial visit. We accept cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard. Individual office visits begin at $35.00 with any additional physiotherapy, health products, or massage at an additional charge. We do work with many insurance plans and our office will assist you in billing your claims. Workers Compensation, Auto Accident Policies and many private health insurance plans, including Medicare. We are participating providers for all Blue Cross/Blue Shield plans, UPMC, Cigna, Aetna, Health America, Health Assurance, Gateway, Unison, Bravo Health Care, Medical Assistance, Medicare and other carriers. It is important to note that insurance coverage is a contract and product between you and the insurance company. The amounts paid to the healthcare facility are on your behalf and therefore, you are ultimately responsible for the services you receive in any healthcare facility. Many insurance companies cover Chiropractic and physical medicine with limitations. Please use the attached form and check your coverage.
